A Boater’s or a new technician’s introduction to marine electrical systems and installation with an evaluation paper at the end of the day.

What is electricity?

DC Theory Volts, Amps, Resistance and Power or watts.

Ohms Law volt drop and cable selection.

RCR 2017 and BSS standards.

DC circuit design.

DC circuit protection and isolation.

Cable jointing.

AC circuit design.

Safe AC isolation.

AC circuit protection.

Testing and documentation
